Note on Our 30-day Return Policy: 

If you are not satisfied with your order from AAAVAC.COM, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a FULL refund. If you return a product past the 30 day period no credit or refund will be issued. Returns must be in their original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., and show no signs of abuse or damage, or the return will be rejected.
 

Returns & Exchange Polices:

All returns must have an RMA number. All authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and received in new and resell able condition.

Return Merchandise  Procedure:

Call our toll-free number at 1-877-437-2822  or e-mail us at sales@aaavac.com for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Write the number on the outside of your return shipment and send package to AAA Vacuums, Inc. 5708 Washington St. Hollywood, FL 33023. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving RMA number.
